About Us

Decode is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering students through coding. Led by a passionate team of high school students, Decode believes technology is a powerful tool for creativity and problem-solving.

Our programs use Scratch, a platform designed with low floors and high ceilings. That means students can start with simple, beginner-friendly projects right away (low floor), while also having the freedom to grow into complex, ambitious creations as their skills and confidence expand (high ceiling). By making coding both approachable and limitless, Decode opens the door to computer science as a space for exploration and imagination.
